When you do a Google search for "Business Coach", you'll find that there are over 58 million searches! It's a popular industry and some of the most successful people have used a coach. So it's always interesting to me to find someone who doesn't know what a coach is. I'm often asked: "What is a business coach?"Simply put: a coach is one who builds, supports, and encourages another person. They help to train the other for success. When we look at an athlete coach you find that the coach doesn't work with just anyone. He will recruit the best talent and build, support and encourage the talent that's already there.The business coach is someone who does the same.
The best coaches tend to be selective about who they work with. They understand their specialty and will chose client based on that.
